WOODSTOCK VW & WOODSTOCK NISSAN 50-INCH TV GIVEAWAY

1. Sponsor

The Woodstock VW & Woodstock Nissan 50-inch TV Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Woodstock VW and Woodstock Nissan, located in Woodstock, Ontario (the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, representatives and agents of Woodstock VW or Woodstock Nissan, the 401 Group of Companies, their affiliated companies, advertising partners and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Period

Entries will be accepted from Friday, August 21 to Sunday, August 23, 2026, inclusive (the “Entry Period”).

Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not qualify.

4. How to Enter

To participate:

• Complete the official Woodstock VW or Woodstock Nissan Giveaway entry form during the Entry Period.
• Provide accurate contact information, including your full name, telephone number and email address.

No purchase, test drive, deposit, financing application or other payment is required to enter or win.

Limit of one entry per person. Duplicate, incomplete, automated or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize

There is one prize available, consisting of one 50-inch television. The approximate retail value will be determined by the Sponsor.

The television make and model will be selected by the Sponsor. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and must be accepted as awarded. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection

Within five business days after the close of the Entry Period, the Sponsor will conduct a random draw from all valid entries received.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received.

The selected entrant will be contacted using the telephone number or email address submitted with their entry. The selected entrant must respond within five business days of the Sponsor’s first contact attempt.

Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must:

• Confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements.
• Correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.
• Complete any required declaration, eligibility confirmation or prize release form.
• Accept the prize according to these Official Rules.

Should the selected entrant fail to respond, fail to correctly answer the skill-testing question, fail to meet the eligibility requirements or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules, they will be disqualified and another entrant may be selected at random.

7. Prize Claim

The confirmed winner must make arrangements with Woodstock VW or Woodstock Nissan to receive the prize within the timeframe provided by the Sponsor.

A prize that is not claimed within the required timeframe may be forfeited, and the Sponsor may select another eligible entrant.

8. Entry Verification

All entries are subject to verification by Woodstock VW or Woodstock Nissan. The Sponsor’s records regarding the date and content of the entry will determine whether an entry is valid.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who:

• Provides false or incomplete information.
• Attempts to enter more than once.
• Attempts to interfere with the entry or winner-selection process.
• Violates these Official Rules.

9. Technical Issues

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete or misdirected entries resulting from technical failures, internet interruptions, incorrect contact information or circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Participants are responsible for confirming that their entry has been successfully submitted.

10. Changes or Cancellation

The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, extend or cancel the Giveaway should fraud, technical failure, event disruption, emergency or another circumstance outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control affect the proper administration of the Giveaway.

Any changes will be communicated through the participating dealership’s official channels where reasonably possible.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Giveaway will be used to:

• Administer the Giveaway.
• Contact the selected entrant.
• Award the prize.
• Meet applicable legal and record-keeping requirements.

Information will be handled according to the participating dealership’s privacy policy and may be provided to service providers assisting with the administration of the Giveaway.

Entering the Giveaway does not automatically provide consent to receive future promotional or marketing communications. Any marketing consent must be requested separately and is optional.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliated companies, employees, representatives and agents from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. General Conditions

The Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration of the Giveaway, entry verification and winner selection are final, subject to applicable law.

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
